Santa at the Shoppes Terms of Participation

 Businesses, organizations, individuals and groups may set up and sell holiday gift items from a table inside the City Campus Gym during the Santa and the Shoppes on Gingerbread Lane event. The event will feature Santa Claus to visit with the kids, holiday gift items for sale, food, holiday music and treats.

Please complete, sign and submit this on-line form along with payment to Show Low Main Street. You may submit your payment online via PayPal or credit/debit card or by mailing a check to 180 N 9th Street, Show Low, AZ 85901 Attn: Show Low Main Street.

Show Low Main Street and the City of Show Low do not provide insurance coverage to participants in this event. Participation is done so at the company or individual’s own risk. Please consult your insurance provider to discuss coverage options.

Vendors are responsible to abide by all appropriate Federal, State and local laws related to its use of the booth during this event. Vendor must provide appropriate health certificates. Vendor is solely responsible for providing proper liability insurance naming Show Low Main Street and the City of Show Low as additionally insured. If vendor chooses to not purchase such liability insurance, vendor understands that he/she will be responsible for holding Show Low Main Street and the City of Show Low harmless and for defending any lawsuits or claims made by insured persons. Vendor is solely responsible for reporting and paying taxes related to the sale of products at this event.

         Space Pricing is from $50 –  $70 – $90 depending on booth size and location. Please review vendor layout map located on event web page.                Limit One booth location per vendor, please. (no double booths) We want to present as large a variety of merchandise and vendors as possible.

Make Checks Payable to Show Low Main Street or Credit Cards payments can be made by using PayPal, located below the application form.                                                           ONE 8 FT TABLE & 2 CHAIRS WILL BE PROVIDED FOR EACH BOOTH. Vendors can also furnish their own tables, power and other equipment and are fully responsible for said equipment and for cleaning up their booth area immediately after the event.  There will be 2 setup times available:      –

>Thursday 12/1 from 1 PM – 4 PM or

>Friday Morning 12/2 from 7 AM – 9:30 AM

I hereby certify that I agree to release and hold harmless Show Low Main Street and the City of Show Low, its agents, members or affiliates from loss, damage or injury resulting from participation in this event. Show Low Main Street reserves the right to deny any application, expel any vendor, change, modify or cancel this event at any time.
