Businesses, organizations, individuals and groups may set up and sell holiday gift items from a table inside the City Campus Gym during the Santa and the Shoppes on Gingerbread Lane event. The event will feature Santa Claus to visit with the kids, holiday gift items for sale, food, holiday music and treats.

Please complete, sign and submit this form along with payment to Show Low Main Street no later than the Monday prior to the event if spaces are available. You may submit your payment online, by mail or in person at 141 N 6th Street, Show Low, AZ 85901 in the North Star Business Center.

Vendors are responsible to abide by all appropriate Federal, State and local laws related to its use of the booth during this event. Vendor must provide appropriate health certificates. Vendor is solely responsible for providing proper liability insurance naming Show Low Main Street and the City of Show Low as additionally insured. If vendor chooses to not purchase such liability insurance, vendor understands that he/she will be responsible for holding Show Low Main Street and the City of Show Low harmless and for defending any lawsuits or claims made by insured persons. Vendor is solely responsible for reporting and paying taxes related to the sale of products at this event.

Vendors will furnish their own booth, tables, power and other equipment and are fully responsible for said equipment and for cleaning up their booth area immediately after the event.

I hereby certify that I agree to release and hold harmless Show Low Main Street and the City of Show Low, its agents, members or affiliates from loss, damage or injury resulting from participation in this event. Show Low Main Street reserves the right to deny any application, expel any vendor, change, modify or cancel this event at any time.

Participants may set up between 9 am—11:30 pm on Friday. Participants that arrive after 1130 pm will not be permitted to set up and participate. Table and booth tear-downs will not be permitted until the conclusion of the event at 4:00 pm on Saturday.
