Booth or Trunk (Give Away): Businesses, organizations and families may hand out treats and/or provide games/activities to festival attendees. Booth/Trunk must be decorated for Halloween and will be entered in the decorating contest automatically. There will be an area designated specifically for your level of participation. The City does not provide insurance coverage to participants in the Spooktacular Festival. Participation is done so at the company or individual’s own risk. Please consult an insurance provider to discuss coverage.

Vendors (Selling): May sell their wares while handing out candy/treats or providing games/activities to festival attendees from a decorated booth. All Vendor spaces are 10 x 10. Please submit payment with your registration form.

2. Vendors are responsible to abide by all appropriate Federal, State and local laws related to its use of the booth during this event. Vendor must provide appropriate health certificate/s. Vendor is solely responsible for providing proper liability insurance naming Show Low Main Street and the City of Show Low as additionally insured. If vendor chooses to not purchase such liability insurance, vendor understands that he/she will be responsible for holding Show Low Main Street and the City of Show Low harmless and for defending any lawsuits or claims made by insured persons. Vendor is solely responsible for reporting and paying taxes related to the sale of products at this event.

3. Vendors will furnish their own booth, power, tables, chairs, tarps, trash cans and other equipment and are fully responsible for said equipment and for cleaning up their booth area immediately after the event. Be prepared for weather (rain, snow, etc.)

I hereby certify that I agree to release and hold harmless Show Low Main Street and the City of Show Low, its agents, members or affiliates from loss, damage or injury resulting from participation in this event. Show Low Main Street reserves the right to deny any application, expel any vendor, change, modify or cancel this event at any time.
